The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is the governing body for cricket in India. Established in 1928, it is one of the most influential and financially powerful cricket boards globally. BCCI oversees domestic cricket tournaments, the Indian national cricket team, and the management of cricket-related activities in the country. It is also responsible for organizing the Indian Premier League (IPL), one of the most lucrative cricket leagues in the world.
